FICO had a 90-day window to hire 60+ mid-to-senior level information technology specialists locally to support two new significant client contracts. Concerned about a tight, local market for IT talent possessing the cutting edge skill sets necessary for project success, FICO enlisted the experts at TRS Consulting, Executive Search.
TRS Consulting, Executive Search deployed a team of seven experienced recruiting specialists, each possessing an extensive local network of passive candidates developed over the past three decades. TRS Consulting, Executive Search also provided a seasoned executive search Partner to serve as point person for daily interface between the FICO Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, FICO internal Recruiting Consultants and our experienced recruiters. Our executive search team used customized research, database information and networking channels to produce two to five finalists per position. Weekly and monthly hiring target goals were set over a 120-day period with daily updates.
To expedite and streamline resume submission and interviewing processes, a customized, secure online client web portal was developed by TRS Consulting, Executive Search. This portal confidentially uploaded each candidate's credentials to be viewed and approved for interviews by the hiring manager. The portal also allowed hiring managers the ability to ask questions, provide feedback, and approve or reject candidate submissions.
The project launched in October 2011 and the majority of the 60 + positions were filled locally within FICO's required 2011 timeline. FICO was successful in providing customized IT product support to their client's within required timelines.
