Our client is an international industrial engineering and manufacturing leader and division of a multinational multi-billion dollar company. Through new leadership and investment, they were experiencing rapid growth after a long period of stagnation.
Talented experienced leaders in all areas of the company were needed to support and continue this growth. A series of professional positions in engineering, sales and management needed filling in a limited timeframe and in a demanding industry with little room for deviation. TRS Consulting was engaged on a contingent basis.
Numerous candidates were recruited locally. Five to seven potential employees were presented for each position. First, second and third interviews were arranged. References checked, offers negotiated, made, and closed.
